All orders are shipped within Australia via Australia Post from Sydney, NSW.

Standard shipping — $9.95
Sydney metro: 2 business days
Rest of NSW: 3-4 business days
Interstate: 2-6 business days (WA/NT may take longer)

Express shipping — $14.95
Most of Australia: 1-3 business days

Orders are packed and dispatched within [3 business days] of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates from Australia Post and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.

We currently only ship within Australia.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout, we're unable to redirect parcels once they've been dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once your order has been dispatched and handed to Australia Post, delivery is their responsibility. We're not able to control transit times, and delays can occasionally happen, especially during busy periods.

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at [helloclaretestudio@gmail.com] and we'll help you track it down or lodge an inquiry with Australia Post on your behalf.

Please note, we're unable to offer refunds for delays caused by Australia Post once your order has been dispatched, as this is outside our control.
