Refunds & Returns

All journals are made in small batches and sold as-is once purchased. Due to the handmade, limited nature of each piece, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Each journal is made from genuine fur-on cowhide. Natural variation in texture, markings, and colouring is expected and is part of what makes each piece one of one, this is not considered a fault.

If your journal arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, please contact us at [helloclaretestudio@gmail.com] within [7] days of delivery, we're always happy to sort out genuine issues.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
