Welcome to Clarete. By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms.

Products
All journals are handmade in small batches. Each piece is made from genuine fur-on cowhide, natural variation in texture, colour, and markings is expected and is part of what makes every journal one of one. Once a batch sells out, it will not be restocked.

Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, prices at the time of purchase are the ones that apply to your order.

Orders
Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please check your order carefully, including your shipping address, before completing checkout.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photos, videos, branding, and text, is owned by Clarete and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clarete is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
